Throughout her career,  Tolani has taken on various roles, including developer, validation analyst, business analyst, project manager, scrum master, and resources manager. Specializing in key sectors such as Banking, Human Resources, and Government Enterprise, she has mastered the intricacies of IT Project Management.

These technical and managerial skills have seamlessly supported her parallel career as an Event Management professional for nearly 25 years. As an entrepreneur for almost 25 years, Tolani has honed expertise in customer service, logistics planning, risk advisement, and cultural sensitivity. These diverse skills have strengthened her ability to deliver successful projects, whether leading a team or managing resources effectively.

Additionally, her background in Retail Management, Human Resources, and talent acquisition has provided a well-rounded perspective on business operations and talent development.
